Following an initial enquiry, borrowers apply for a loan through our online application process.
Our team undertakes their due diligence and underwriting process on the borrower and the security property. Terms are then agreed.
The loan is then matched with funders on the TAB platform. Funds are typically available within just 14 days.
Three months prior to the expiration of the initial loan term, TAB will contact brokers and their clients, providing them with information and determining the next steps. Subject to meeting underwriting criteria, TAB can assist with transitioning seamlessly into refurbishment, development loan or a TAB Mortgage term product.
Terms are then agreed, and the underwriting team will conduct due diligence and another review of the security property to verify all conditions can be met.
We will redeem the existing loan and advance a new facility by again matching with investors on the TAB platform. Funds are typically available within just 14 days.
