Gary Melville

Gary Melville

Business Development Specialist

Gary joined TAB in December 2025 as the business development specialist. Before joining TAB, he spent twenty years in hairdressing and barbering, specialising in wedding hair across the UK and Europe, before moving into recruitment through a long-standing client. This introduction to sales later led him into internal sales roles and set the foundations for his move into property finance.

At TAB, Gary will be focusing on mortgages and is looking forward to building relationships with brokers and helping grow this area of the business. His goal is to build trusted relationships, expand his knowledge and provide a reliable service to brokers.

At the weekend, Gary spends time with his family, walking the dogs in the woods or exploring London with his two daughters, usually ending the day on the sofa debating whether to watch the same Disney film again.

At TAB, Connor is looking forward to developing his knowledge of the finance side of the property market. His role focuses on supporting the business development managers by contacting brokers, strengthening relationships and coordinating face-to-face meetings.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys exploring new food and balancing it out with time in the gym.
